ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) has the notable characteristics of high transparency and conductivity and is used in electrodes for displays and similar devices.
Since it is a metal, special techniques are required to deposit it onto thin and flexible films.
In thin films used as transparent conductive materials, ITO is deposited on the surface of films that are tens of nanometers thick. However, if this technique is used alone, the ITO film's pattern can eventually become visible.
Using our proprietary optical design technology, this issue has been improved.
