Mini-LED Glass Substrate PVD Copper Film Production Line
Glass substrates offer excellent flatness, warp resistance, and heat tolerance, making them ideal carriers for high-power Mini-LED chips. Compared to epoxy resin PCBs, glass substrates provide superior thermal conductivity and dissipation. Through advanced PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology, thick copper films are deposited on both sides of the glass substrate, enabling efficient double-sided metallization to meet the thermal and electrical requirements of Mini-LED backlighting.
Copper-coated glass substrates serve a wide range of backlighting applications, including mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and TVs. Beyond display uses, they are also suitable for non-display functions such as 5G smartphone antennas and wireless charging components.
