What are the main components of the web vacuum coating machine?

1. web system
 The winding system is mainly composed of unwinding rollers, winding rollers, coating drums, guide rollers, tension measurement (control) rollers, flattening rollers and resistance test rollers driven by DC motors. The tension transports the substrate film to the coating area for plating, and then rewinds the coated substrate film into a roll film. By controlling the process parameters such as film winding speed, tension and the angle of the flattening roll, it is possible to avoid wrinkles and obtain a neatly wound film roll.

2. Speed control and tension control
Speed control: The constant linear speed of the strip substrate is the primary condition to ensure uniform film thickness. Most of the speed control of the strip in the web system adopts constant speed control based on current control, and the speed can be set in advance and automatically adjusted according to the requirements of the product.

Tension Control: Film tension control is a critical issue in roll-to-roll coating equipment. Tension control is related to the deviation of the membrane, the rib, the wrinkling and other phenomena.

3. The evaporation system consists of an evaporation source holder (electrode), an evaporation source, and a wire feeding mechanism.

4. Vacuum chamber opening mechanism of PVD coating machine: The opening mechanism of a large double-chamber semi-continuous evaporation coating machine is generally composed of a vacuum chamber body, a winding mechanism, a large sealing plate, a power cabinet, a travel switch and a trolley. According to the width of the coating base material, it is determined whether the single door or the double door can be opened. Most of the vacuum chambers of common winding coaters are opened with a single door, and the evaporator is still in the coating chamber.

5. Shielding component: It is to shield the uncoated stripes or reticulates on the film, which is a special requirement of the capacitor film. The shielding stripes of ordinary capacitors extend along the longitudinal direction of the base film, and the shielding stripes of the safety capacitor film is reticulate.

6. Vacuum coating machine system: Under normal circumstances, the winding chamber and the coating chamber of the winding coating equipment each have an independent vacuum pump group. Usually, the main pump of the evaporation chamber of the vacuum pumping system used by the domestic and foreign winding coating machines is the surveying diffusion pump, and the main pump of the winding chamber is the oil diffusion jet pump with high pumping speed.
