---Lithium Battery Composite Current Collector
This series of equipment uses evaporation to deposit a 1µm aluminum film on both sides of substrates such as PET/PP, with a thickness range of 4.5-8.0µm. It achieves a metalized surface with a "PVD aluminum-polymer support layer-PVD aluminum" sandwich structure, overcoming the challenges of large-scale rapid evaporation deposition of thick aluminum films.
Compared to traditional aluminum foil rolling processes, the preparation of composite aluminum foil is more challenging. The core technology is PVD evaporation, where metal material is melted at high temperatures and aluminum film is deposited on both sides of PET/PP plastic films, making both sides conductive. The composite aluminum foil does not require chemical plating or wet processes; it is fully completed using dry processes with double-sided aluminum film deposition.
