Using a "PVD copper-polymer support layer-PVD copper" sandwich structure, this machine can achieve double-sided copper coating on PET/PP plastic films with a thickness of 3.0–4.5μm and width of 600–1650mm by magnetron sputtering technology. The copper film is 20–70nm thick with a sheet resistance of around 0.5–2Ω.
The film is then further thickened to 1µm through chemical plating, replacing 4.5–9µm electrolytic copper foil with 6–8µm composite copper foil.
