The machine is designed for coating NdFeB and other magnetic materials. It features a rotating cathode to improve target material utilization and a precious metal recovery system to control production costs.
Using arc, magnetron sputtering, and thermal evaporation with high-pressure ion bombardment, it efficiently plates dense coatings of aluminum, dysprosium, terbium, and other heavy rare earth materials on NdFeB. This process delivers magnetic steel with similar performance at a lower cost, providing cost savings for businesses.
The machine offers fast deposition, dense films, high anti-corrosion properties, and a pollution-free production process to meet customer requirements.
